Overall, the experience was okay, with some positive aspects but also several points that could be improved. First of all, the organization was very good. The pickup and return to our hotel in Hanoi (or another location) were smooth, punctual, and well coordinated, which we really appreciated. The English-speaking guide was friendly and pleasant during the tour. However, when we tried to give some constructive feedback, her reaction was not very sympathetic, which was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, the boat crew, especially the bar staff, were not very attentive. The bar was open, but the staff were often sitting at a table using their mobile phones. Used plates and empty glasses were not cleared regularly. During checkout, they knocked on the cabin door one minute bevore checkout, but without any friendliness or courtesy, which felt quite cold. Regarding the food, the quality was acceptable, but the portions were small. The meat dishes contained very little meat. After we mentioned this, the staff made an effort to give us more potatoes or alternative dishes, which we appreciated. However, all drinks had to be paid for, and there was not even free water included during meals. Only two bottles of water in the cabin were free of charge. On the positive side, the cabin was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The overall program and itinerary were also well planned and enjoyable. In summary, the cruise was okay and well organized, but better service, more attentive staff, and improvements in food and drink policies would significantly enhance the experience

I had two days trip I enjoyed it so much. The cruise was amazing. The food was great. Everything was clean. They let us feel very comfortable. I enjoyed every second.

A lovely time all round. Food, service and activities on the boat were all delightful. Hai was a great guide and Lucus a great bar tender. Everything ran very smoothly. Note, we booked the 2 night option with one night on the boat and one on Cat Ba island. We thought everyone we were with on the boat would’ve been together both nights. But we were the only ones that went to cat ba (which is currently under a lot of construction). Something to consider when deciding how many nights to spend where. That being said the food and streets of cat ba were lively and the view points and hiking was also great and a worthwhile visit.

We went to Lan Ha Bay. Overall it is ok but it is not live changing. Views are great and bike ride to Viet Hai Village is good. They have workers in poor conditions, water is at cost. Great job by field workers in a poorly run company. I hope that as tourism develops in Vietnam this kind of companies run out of business. The overall experience was fine because of the landscape rather than the cruise company

Very disappointing service. The staffs were very rude. There is not enough food, even if we ask for bread they say they're out of stock. Highly not recommended.
